Rizwan Hamid

Mr Rizwan Hamid specialises in neuro, female and reconstructive urology. His research involved investigating fertility problems after spinal injuries at London Spinal Injuries Unit, Stanmore. He did his higher surgical training in London with a fellowship in female and reconstructive urology from the Institute of Urology. His areas of interest are male and female voiding dysfunction especially after neurological diseases, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder syndrome, treatment of complicated urinary tract infections and chronic pelvic pain syndromes. He is involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at UCL. He has published more than 30 papers and presented extensively in national and international meetings. He has authored more than 6 book chapters. He is a keen sportsman and likes travelling and politics. Cars are his passion.
