Description : This is a one day course aimed at anyone who is interested in the management of kidney stones disease. It will focus on the scientific basis and management of kidney stone disease and will be of particular interests to Nephrologists, Urologists, Radiologists and Metabolic Scientists.

Why do some people form stones and others don't? What is the latest in the genetics of stone formation, metabolic syndrome and stones in children? These and many more will be covered in this course. In addition, there will be
live kidney stone surgery and radiological demonstration of complications of stone management and complex kidney stone disease. This will be a good opportunity to meet and interact with anyone with an interest in kidney stones. The course has been approved by BAUS and has been awarded 6 CME credits.
